By accessing or using DoseMeals ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by DoseMeals, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

DoseMeals provides personalized meal plans, recipes, nutritional information, and symptom tracking designed for people taking GLP-1 medications. The Service is intended to support — not replace — the guidance of your healthcare team.

Features include weekly personalised recipe recommendations, symptom logging, meal favouriting, and email updates. Content is generated based on information you provide during onboarding and ongoing symptom logs.

All content on DoseMeals — including meal plans, recipes, nutritional data, supplement suggestions, and symptom-based recommendations — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Supplement information provided through DoseMeals is general educational content only. Supplements can interact with medications, including GLP-1 drugs. Always consult your physician or pharmacist before taking any supplement, especially while on prescription medication.

DoseMeals does not employ licensed medical professionals in a clinical capacity, and no physician-patient or dietitian-client relationship is formed through use of the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DoseMeals. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older. DoseMeals is intended for adults under the care of a healthcare provider for weight management with GLP-1 medications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@dosemeals.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. Inaccurate information may result in meal plans that are unsuitable for your needs.

DoseMeals offers a subscription at $7.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled beforehand.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. DoseMeals does not store your payment card information. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

You acknowledge that nutritional information, calorie counts, and macronutrient data provided on DoseMeals are estimates only and may not be perfectly accurate. Actual values can vary based on ingredients, brands, preparation methods, and portion sizes.

Symptom data you log is used solely to personalise your experience and is not reviewed by medical professionals. It is not a substitute for keeping your healthcare provider informed of your symptoms.

It is your responsibility to review all ingredients in recipes for potential allergens or foods that conflict with your dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or medications. DoseMeals does not guarantee that recipes are free from any specific allergen. Always read ingredient labels carefully.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our content or platform
• Submit false health information that could harm yourself or others
• Use the Service if you are under 18

All content on DoseMeals — including recipes, meal plans, text, design, logos, and code — is owned by DoseMeals or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Recipes sourced from third-party websites or community platforms are attributed to their original sources where applicable and are used for informational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoseMeals and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health outcomes, adverse reactions to recipes or supplements, or data loss.

Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cancel your subscription. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

DoseMeals is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

DoseMeals uses third-party services including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Neon (database). Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

Some recipe content may contain links to or references to third-party products (including supplements and foods). These are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or safety of third-party products.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting hello@dosemeals.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
